Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to support processing personnel with materials for the receiving, dumping, roasting and grinding operations. You'll coordinate with production teams to plan daily material needs and perform basic sanitation and quality checks.

The role requires hands-on operation of equipment such as strong-arm, crane and Vac-lift as needed, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork during a 12-hour day shift at our Concord facility.

Qualifications

• Support processing personnel with materials to complete the process.
• Plan upcoming material needs for the day with processing and support personnel.
• Operate Strong-arm, Mobe-crane and Vac-lift assist as required.
• Assist with sacking and grinding operations and quality checks.

• Cuts green coffee bags for green pit dumping.


• Assists with sacking off coffee in Green and Roasting areas as required.


• Perform master sanitation tasks as required.


• Assists with rework reintroduction as required.


• Understands movement forms, bag markings and utilization of contract numbers (Coffee).


• Understands blend sheets, sequence numbering and contracts for traceability (Tea).


• Accurately complete all required quality checks and paperwork.


• Perform additonal duties directed from the Supervisor.
