Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years mechanical assembly, forklift operation or similar equipment experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and secure long assemblies and materials onto railcars and trailers using proper equipment.
• Assemble components and subassemblies following drawings, BOMs, specs, and work instructions with hand and power tools.
• Coordinate material movement, kitting, washing, and disposal to support production schedules and keep the workplace organized.
• Complete work orders, quality docs, and labor tracking; report progress and issues to teams.
