Job summary

You will load/unload, track inventory, assist with cycle counts, prepare shipments, and operate forklifts and scanners in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Candidates should have forklift certification or ability to obtain, good organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in material handling or manufacturing environments.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills with inventory systems and bar code scanners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials per safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Track and record material movements to maintain inventory accuracy; assist with cycle counts.
• Supply production lines with materials to avoid downtime.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and preparing products for shipment.
• Follow safety protocols and proper operation of material handling equipment.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Organize materials in storage areas and maintain FIFO or other inventory methods.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and equipment and report issues.
