Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is recruiting a Material Handler for its Riverside, CA facility. The role moves materials using forklifts and hoists, coordinates with warehouse and production, and ensures timely delivery of parts and finished goods.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in material handling. Forklift certification is preferred, onsite work, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered to support employees and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or logistics.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Onsite position based in Riverside, CA and 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials for production based on work orders and schedules.
• Load/unload/transport materials within the facility using forklifts, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.
• Maintain replenishment of assembly materials through simulations, min/max, put away, ordering, and pulling kits.
• Organize bins and work centers efficiently (label placement, labeling, bin size, space use).
• Prepare for and participate in physical inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain records of material transactions in the inventory system.
• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials per policy.
• Work with teams to prevent shortages and delays.
• Identify and report damaged materials to appropriate personnel.
