Oshkosh Defense, a leading defense technologies manufacturer, is seeking a Material Handler I to maintain inventory levels through materials movement and documentation. You will ensure materials are processed and shipped on schedule, performing quality checks and contributing to a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires 1+ years in related work and a HS diploma/GED; forklift certification and familiarity with MRP systems are preferred to enhance efficiency and accuracy in

Qualifications

• 1+ years in related work or a High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent; knowledge of MRP.
• Experience in a high-volume warehouse with automated systems.
• Forklift Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Pick, package and ship items to prevent damage.
• Report shipment statuses to management.
• Perform safety inspections and internal audits of parts, systems, and processes.
• Identify and locate parts within the warehouse and track movement.
• Count inventory and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop bills of lading and delivery forms.
• Sort inbound/outbound material to proper fixture.
• Prepare picking fixtures for the picking process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
