Job summary

Oshkosh Defense is seeking a Material Handler I in Greenville, WI to maintain inventory through material movement and to document incoming and outgoing items. The role ensures orders are processed and shipped on schedule.

The candidate will pick, package, and ship items, perform safety inspections, and report shipment statuses to management. Prior MRPlaw and forklift certification are preferred for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience or a High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume warehouse with automated systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package and ship items to prevent damage in transit.
• Report and communicate shipment statuses to management.
• Perform safety inspections and internal audits of parts and processes.
• Identify and locate parts in the warehouse and track movement.
• Count inventory and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare picking fixtures and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
