Job summary

Legend Brands is hiring for a Material Handler I/II at our Burlington WA headquarters. The day shift runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, supporting assembly by moving, staging, and documenting materials to ensure a smooth, safe, and timely production flow.

The role requires stocking, picking, data entry, and use of ERP/WMS systems; operation of forklifts; and participation in cycle counts and process improvements to sustain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Process driven with strong attention to detail.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with handhelds or computers preferred.
• Knowledgeable with ERP or WMS system preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Stock, pick and replenish parts/materials for production
• Communicate closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Quality
• Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry and archive records
• Work with various systems and scanning technology (ERP, WMS, UPS/FedEx, TMS, Bar Tender)
• Participate in inventory counts and reconciliations
• Look for and facilitate process improvements
• Print and distribute labels, manuals, and other necessary materials
• Operate a reach truck, forklift or other material handling equipment
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
