Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, outbound, returns, and stock movements within our distribution center. You will operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and timely processing of merchandise.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, packing, staging, shipping, and documentation, plus compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, and vendor returns per policy.
Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking, and reserve storage areas.
Load/unload trailers and route trucks while securing merchandise.
Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing and discrepancy resolution.
Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
Handle hazardous materials per safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain productivity and accuracy; keep areas clean and free of hazards.
Identify unsafe conditions and report to leadership promptly.
Comply with all O'Reilly policies and procedures.
