Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our distribution center in Selma, TX. You will receive, unload, stock, pick, pack, and ship merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities include operating RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS; ensuring proper documentation and compliant handling of hazardous materials where applicable; supporting inbound/outbound processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
