Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services seeks a Material Handler I to safely manage materials in our Fayette, AL facility. You will operate forklifts, load/unload trucks, receive and store inventory, pull stock orders, and assist with part cleaning and assembly.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, following safety/quality programs, and performing other duties as assigned. Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret simple measurement tools and specs.
• Experience operating forklift and cranes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Shipping/Receiving: receive inbound inventory, store, pull for orders, and load for outbound shipment.
• Material Handling: move material with hand trucks, forklifts, cranes, or other equipment.
• Parts Cleaning/Assembly: clean parts and assist with assembly.
• Provide error-free work to internal and external customers.
• Work under direct supervision.
• Support safety and quality programs.
• Mixing paints.
• Other duties as assigned.
