Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Material Handler I to support foundational warehouse operations, including accurate kitting, inventory handling, and basic receiving and shipping under supervision.

You will learn standard processes, move materials efficiently, and gain versatility across warehouse functions, with opportunities for growth in a large manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6-12 months of warehouse or production experience.
• Basic computer and terminal skills.
• Must adhere to proper materials handling procedures with PPE.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Kit parts and components for assembly based on FIFO priority.
• Pull inventory stock items accurately by number, size, and quantity.
• Deliver kitted work orders to assembly and stock materials as needed.
• Log completed work orders and track stock replenishment.
• Perform basic labeling, packaging, and internal transfers.
• Operate counting scales and basic measurement tools.
• Assist with basic receiving tasks and domestic shipments under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S Lean methods.
