You will identify parts using travellers and blueprints, perform setup and minor repairs of equipment, and coordinate with teams to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of related product support experience or proven ability to perform the listed duties.
• Strong knowledge of policies, procedures and systems across multiple functional areas and ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to operate moving equipment and saw equipment; OSHA safety qualifications required.
• Forklift operator certification may be required.
• Excellent manual dexterity and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and stock raw materials according to work orders.
• Identify parts using travellers and blueprints; label and record inventory.
• Prepare shipments and paperwork; ensure correct packing and labeling per specs.
• Inspect and log received goods; coordinate with other teams to resolve shortages.
• Maintain organized stockroom and perform cycle counts.
