Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Material Handler I in Reno, NV to support warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, movement and distribution of materials and finished goods. You will confirm incoming materials, generate labels, and update the warehouse management system.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping, delivering materials to manufacturing lines, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Prior experience in warehouse roles and familiarity with data entry are helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse/material handling experience.
• Basic computer skills and data entry familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Basic math and effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and move materials throughout shift.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in cold storage environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and control inventory; verify materials and update systems.
• Pack, label, and ship orders; maintain cold chain requirements where needed.
• Move materials to production lines and ensure smooth material flow.
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely; report issues.
• Follow safety, sanitation and quality protocols; assist with compliance.
