Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Houston, TX to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations within our distribution center. You will handle merchandise, ensure inventory accuracy, and meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping, as well as operating RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking technology while maintaining a safe, organized work
Qualifications
- Must accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
- Follow established safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes.
- Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Experience with automotive parts or related merchandise.
- Experience with WMS, RF scanners or voice-picking equipment.
- Experience in productivity/quality-driven environments.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
- Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
- Operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organized, safe work areas.
- Follow hazardous materials handling and disposal procedures per policy.
