Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated distribution center worker to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will handle merchandise with care, ensure accurate inventory, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and maintaining documentation while using RF scanners and WMS systems. Prior experience with automotive parts is a plus, and opportunities for growth are highlighted in

Qualifications

Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor return according to O'Reilly policy.
Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other warehouse technology as required.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
