O’Reilly Auto Parts in the Kansas City distribution center is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound, outbound, returns, acquisitions, and related operations.

You will receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety. Proficiency with RF scanners, voice-picking, and warehouse management systems (WMS) is required, with a willingness to learn and follow O’Reilly policies.

• Must accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Ability to follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking, and WMS as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards through proper scanning and discrepancy resolution.
• Load/unload trailers and secure merchandise during transport.
• Process warranty items, returns, and vendor paperwork per policy.
