Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time warehouse/production support role in a food manufacturing environment. You will assist with general facility maintenance, trash disposal, pallet stacking, and proper material handling in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires ability to work in freezers, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors year-round; starting pay is $20/hour with scheduled first shift (Mon-Fri, 7AM-4PM) and Fridays paid weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years related experience.
• Must be able to work in freezers with subzero temperatures for 4–8 hours per day and stand up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must be able to work outside year round.

Responsibilities

• Disposing trash and cardboard into compactor and dumpster
• Stacking skids or pallets in designated areas and cleaning and disposing of scrap bracing cardboard and strapping
• Placing items in proper containers or designated areas
• Maintain backyard area and ensure it is clean and orderly
• Other duties as assigned (such as general maintenance work around the facility and processing of load sheets).
