Job summary

Halliburton is seeking a Material Handler in Evansville, WY, to assist with bulk loading, delivery, and packing under direct supervision. The role involves loading/unloading multiple vehicle types, operating a forklift, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Shifts run 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with every other weekend, for a 3-month contract with potential extension or conversion based on performance. Pay is up to $22/hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver1s license required.
• CDL and Safeland certification are a plus.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Punctual, dependable and reachable by phone for scheduling.
• Motivated, positive attitude, willing to work long hours.
• Committed to following safety policies and wearing PPE.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload bulk trucks, railcars, barges, flatbeds, and van trailers with the correct material grade and weight.
• Adheres to HSE guidelines and observes all safety rules and procedures.
• Load packaged materials, restack and shrink-wrap pallets, and complete all required shipping paperwork.
• Drive a forklift to move materials as needed.
• Routinely lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Help with manual labor tasks like mud building and preparation.
• Keep safety at the forefront and wear PPE at all times.
• Spend shifts outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than 10 hours when necessary.
