Stryker is seeking a Material Handler to operate onsite in Portage, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00pm to 10:30pm and potential Saturday overtime. You will move, track, and ship materials, operate forklifts, and enter data into the inventory system, while ensuring accurate records and documentation.
Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience, plus forklift operation skills.
Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm/ Saturday overtime as needed.
What you will do:
Under Direct supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. Provides information for recording movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies. May operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
What you need:
Preferred
Ability to operate common material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, scales, label maker, PC, etc.).
General computer skills.
High School Diploma or GED
Prior manufacturing or related experience
Forklift Operation experience
$20.75/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential plus bonus potential and benefits.
