Job summary

Hypertherm Associates in Lebanon, NH is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler. The role supports Lean and 5S in a state-of-the-art environment, handling materials, transfers, and inventory control with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will perform standard manufacturing tasks, participate in process improvement, and maintain a clean, efficient cell to ensure on-time delivery of high-priority parts. Prior forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years in a production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient with Oracle transactions and Excel.
• Fork truck certification (current preferred).
• Lean principles understanding and 5S familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Handles and refills materials to support 5S and Lean processes.
• Transfers finished goods between cells and maintains inventory levels.
• Performs manufacturing processes using standard work documentation.
• Participates in process-improvement activities and maintains clean work areas.
• Conducts inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Performs daily scanning audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned, including production support.
