BroadBean is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in our South Carolina facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and safe handling of goods in a manufacturing environment.

You will handle packing, labeling, forklift movement, and order processing to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic warehouse knowledge, and prefers lift truck experience.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Attention to Detail:

• Required to minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.

Reliability (Attendance, Task Trustworthiness):

• Must consistently adhere to work schedules.
• Must be dependable in carrying out responsibilities to completion.

Parts Order Pulling:

• Locate the correct parts based on the order details. Stocking kanbans.
• Ensure proper pulling, packing, and labeling of parts orders for shipping.

Order Packing:

• Utilize spray foam and pre-shaped foam inserts to secure items in shipping boxes.
• Ensure that all items are packed in a manner that prevents damage during transit.

Shipping Orders:

• Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders through the respective shipping software.
• Ensure that all packages have correct labeling and postage before dispatch.

RMA Receiving:

• Unpack returned items and verify their condition.
• Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process in the system.

Receiving:

• Receive supplier deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
• Inspect the condition of received goods and process them into inventory.

Forktruck Operation:

• Safely operate forklifts for the movement of large and heavy items

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse process and previous lift truck experience preferred

• Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
