E-ONE, a Terex company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move, store, and verify material for production. You will handle packing, shipping documentation, and assist with cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery of parts.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stocking, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Proficiency with forklift operation and BAAN is a plus.

SCOPE

Responsible for the movement, storage, and verification of material in accordance with policies and procedures. Perform clerical duties requiring some analysis and the ability to exercise good judgement. May have routine contact with customers, suppliers, and other departments. Will include working with numbers and the operation of simple office machines e.g., calculator, computer, etc).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Handle a variety of shipping methods (UPS, FedEx, ground carriers, domestic and International) including proper shipping, scheduling, and arrangements for pickups.
• Perform proper packing, wrapping, and preparation of packages and documentation following established shipping procedures.
• Proper handling of material to include but not limited to unloading material from delivery vehicles, verification and receiving of material, proper storage of material, picking material to support production requirements, etc.
• Proper picking of material which may include delivery to a specific location and or line‑side storage.
• Perform clerical functions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Cycle count process.
• Interplant transfers (transfer and ordering process).
• Material shortage reporting.
• Warehouse organization, 5S, building/maintaining carts, and racking (to include cleaning).
• Job includes standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and bending activities, use of ladders to reach storage areas and the ability to lift 40 pounds (materials).
• Processing DMR’s/Red Tags, order replacement parts.
• Follow work standards.
• Must be able to perform within physical requirements including, but not limited to 40 lb. single lift; walking, kneeling, squatting and standing for long periods of time.

OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed, to maintain work flow or respond to production requirements.
• May be required to perform other duties not listed but needed by Supervisor in order to keep trucks on schedule.

• SAFETY: Follow E-ONE General Health & Safety Rules, ensure safe operating conditions within area of responsibility, and notify coworkers and supervisors of hazardous acts and conditions. Proper use of PPE; use only defect‑free equipment. Promote safety in department. Use proper lifting techniques and overhead hoist when needed. Maintain clean and safe working environment in line with 5S Philosophy. Participate in hazardous communication training and safety meetings.
• QUALITY: Responsible for the quality of work. This requires defect‑free work and understanding of the requirements of the company's quality system as it pertains to job duties and responsibilities. Must be able to check work to ensure conformance to process control instructions, specifications, and quality standards. Identify and segregate non‑conforming product. Identify the need for and assist in initiating and implementing corrective and preventive actions when appropriate.
• FLEXIBILITY: Able and willing to work in other areas as needed. Must be flexible in taking lunch and breaks when workflow requires. Willing to work additional hours as necessary.
• INITIATIVE: Actively participate in continuous improvement of products and processes to better serve customers and improve the overall profitability of E‑ONE. Actively seek out work in other areas when current assignment is complete. Make suggestions for improving product quality, processes, safety, and company profitability.
