Job summary

American Emergency Vehicles (AEV) is seeking a Material Handler to support REV operations. The role focuses on moving parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering items to department and warehouse locations while operating material handling equipment safely.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, be able to read and write, and work in a team to meet inventory and quality standards. Training and career development opportunities are available; a strong safety mindset is

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-year experience with manufacturing, inventory, or related functions.
• Proficient in computer use for data entry, part scanning or transacting, the printing of picklists.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable inventory accuracy, quality, and time standards.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
• Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successful completion of the drug and background screening.
• Willingness to learn and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the required documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with the specified procedures

• Ensures work areas and other designated work areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner
• Ensure all material and inventory remains properly identified and stored free from damage or deterioration

What a day in the life of a Material Handler at REV looks like:

• Maintain inventory accuracy
