Job summary

REV Group, Inc is seeking a Material Handler to join our plant team in North Carolina. You will manage inventory, move parts, and support smooth production flow while operating material handling equipment.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 1-year experience with manufacturing, inventory, or related functions.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry, part scanning, and printing picklists.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and operate with safety standards.
  • Strong math, reading, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and organize parts.
  • Move parts, WIP, and finished goods between locations.
  • Operate pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts as needed.
  • Document parts movements per procedures.
  • Drive in various road conditions and ensure safety.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized; protect inventory quality.

What a day in the life of a Material Handler at REV looks like:
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Moves parts, WIP, or finished products and delivers mail packages to the various department or warehouse locations
  • Operates various material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, or forklifts.
  • Maintains the required documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with the specified procedures.
  • Drives in various road conditions, small roadways, and highways.
  • Ensures work areas and other designated work areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner.
  • Ensure all material and inventory remains properly identified and stored free from damage or deterioration.
Required Education, Skills, And Experience To Be Successful
  • Preferred 1-year experience with manufacturing, inventory, or related functions
  • Preferred high school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in computer use for data entry, part scanning or transacting, the printing of picklists
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to perform all operations within acceptable inventory accuracy, quality, and time standards.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance
  • Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Successful completion of the drug and background screening
  • Willingness to learn and operate a forklift

  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders and scaffolding
