Description

Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties):

• Perform safety checks on mobile equipment prior to operation.
• Operate mobile equipment safely when pulling, lifting, stacking, tiering, or moving products.
• Navigate mobile equipment throughout the facility to transport finished goods to designated locations.
• Complete production reporting and movement information using the MRP system.
• Receive inbound freight, raw materials, and finished goods; transport them to appropriate locations.
• Remove, record, and weigh scrap from production and other areas, disposing of it into correct bins.
• Weigh freight, materials, or products; record weights on tags, labels, and schedules; enter data into MRP system as required.
• Complete and submit all daily required paperwork.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to environmental and hazardous waste disposal procedures.
• Participate in process improvements, housekeeping, and 5S initiatives within the assigned area or facility.

Education / Experience

High School Diploma required. 1-2 years of experience, specifically in forklift operation.

Physical Requirements

Constantly remain stationary while handling materials or machinery. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

Work Conditions

The warehouse is not climate-controlled; temperatures vary with outdoor climate conditions.
