What you’ll do
  1. Supply and load production lines with materials and in-process goods for packaging operations.
  2. Verify material conformance and report any issues to LC or Supervisor immediately.
  3. Move materials and products as assigned; complete necessary system transactions to convert WIP to finished goods.
  4. Fill bins with bottles and caps to ensure uninterrupted production.
  5. Load skid with various in-process and finished goods, mark with appropriate tickets, move offline, stage, and load as necessary.
  6. Organize corrugated boxes and set up carton packaging; hand form boxes as needed.
  7. Assist in line changeovers and some batch changes; make minor adjustments as directed.
  8. Check goods prior to release to the shipping department for correctness.
  9. Keep work area neat, clean, and orderly; clean up spills and equipment.
  10. Tend filling and packaging to assist production technicians.
  11. Supply and load production lines with materials and in-process goods for all packaging operations.
  12. Fill in for Line Expeditors as required.
  13. Understand and operate under complete safety protocols and guidelines.
