Job summary

Hunt Electric Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to manage the flow of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process. You will receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within warehouse and production areas, helping keep operations smooth and on schedule.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work with forklifts, and basic computer skills for inventory management. Competitive compensation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Material Handler or similar in manufacturing.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks and vehicles.
• Transport materials to storage, production lines, and loading docks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Ensure materials are stored in designated locations and organized for easy access.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
