Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution operations in Michigan. You will receive, organize, and pick orders, load outbound shipments, and operate forklifts and related equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with potential overtime and shift training as needed. A high school diploma and driving or forklift experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with good attendance history.
• Valid driver’s license or at least 1 year forklift experience.
• Able to work 40 hours/week with overtime; train on other shifts.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow SOPs; basic reading/comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming product.
• Pick and prepare customer orders.
• Load trucks for outbound shipments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, order pickers, dock trucks).
• Perform physical tasks; safety, accuracy and teamwork are essential.
