Perrigo, a leading U.S. manufacturer of store brands in healthcare, is hiring for a Hands-on Warehouse Specialist to operate powered industrial equipment in our distribution operations in Michigan.

You will receive, organize, pick, and load orders, ensure safety and accuracy, and support timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, valid driver’s license or forklift experience, ability to work 40 hours/week with overtime, basic computer

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or minimum 1 year of forklift or HIlo driving experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime when necessary.
• Basic computer skills; point & click; navigate computer-based training.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and Perrigo SOPs.
• Must be able to stand for the length of shift (about 85% standing).

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming product.
• Pick and prepare customer orders.
• Load trucks for outbound shipments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, order pickers, dock trucks).
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and twisting.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and teamwork on shift.
