Lanco Group of Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control in our Howell Township facility. You will handle transfers, receipts, scanning and filing while maintaining accurate records and safe operations.

Under supervision, you will operate a powered industrial vehicle, assist with cycle counts, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. This hands-on role requires reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years’ experience operating a powered industrial vehicle.
• Desired: High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience operating a powered industrial vehicle with working knowledge of inventory procedures.

Responsabilités

• With supervision, performs duties in warehousing, inventory control, receiving, and shipping; this includes identification and traceability along with proper handling and storage tasks.
• Performs inventory transactions such as transfers, issues, receipts using PC and barcode scanner.
• Complies with safety and hazardous material handling regulations and requirements for hazardous waste management.
• Actively participate in safety programs to promote the goal of zero incidents and injuries.
• Maintains all aspects of workplace organization.
• Provides clear and consistent communication on all activities to appropriate individuals.
• Safely operates a powered industrial vehicle daily.
