Job summary

Kingspan Insulation is hiring for a warehouse associate in Winchester, VA. This role supports production with materials and operates lift trucks, packaging equipment, and conveyors. You will load trucks and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a team-based setting and follow directions.
• Flexibility to work eight or twelve hour shifts and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks and assist with loading/unloading.
• Support production with materials and supplies as needed.
• Maintain safe and organized work area and report issues promptly.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper fuel levels and battery charge.
• Load trucks of various types and manage daily shipments.
• Perform daily safety checks and adhere to compliance policies.
