Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and procedures; basic math skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both written and oral; forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate process lines and equipment; perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Measure product quality properties and input data into SAP.
• Perform product changeovers and adjust lines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist Line Leads/Area Leader with repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
