BioMerieux Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to join our warehouse team in North Carolina. You will receive supplier shipments, pick internal orders, ship finished goods, and manage stock transfer orders (STOs) for loading and distribution.

The role emphasizes accuracy, GMP compliance, and safe operation of material handling equipment. The position requires minimal prior experience; forklift/WMS knowledge and DOT/IATA/FDA awareness are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Pick, pack, and deliver orders for direct materials used in Manufacturing and Packaging Lines.
• Process Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution Center.
• Move material to storage bins or staging areas with proper equipment following all SOPs.
• Assure quality, accuracy, and compliance with GMP's in shipping, receiving and the warehouse operation while maintaining a timely throughput of operations.
• Accurately receive goods, verify items against the record of shipment, and inspect condition.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment in a safe manner.
• Handle and maintain flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
• Monitor warehouse space requirements and assist with maintaining proper warehouse utilization.
• Exhibit safe work habits while maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area.
• Data entry, cycle counting, and forklift battery maintenance.
• Assess safety and environmental risks to ensure tasks adhere to HSE policies and HMS.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
