Job summary

Sharp Services is seeking a Material Handler to procure components from the warehouse for production orders and verify them for proper placement in the appropriate rooms. You will enter batch records, complete QAD ERP transactions, and assist with line clearances at order completion.

The role requires accuracy in inventory staging, cycle counting, and adherence to cGMP practices. A warehouse background and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous warehousing experience and/or cGMP compliant facility exposure.
• Inventory control or quality control experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Procure components from the Warehouse for specific orders to support Production lines.
• Verify and load procured components into appropriate rooms; document batch records (lot numbers, quantities).
• Record ERP QAD transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in line clearances and related electronic transactions at order completion.
• Maintain inventory staging areas for accuracy and organization.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure materials are ready for production use.
