Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring a Material Handler in New York with available 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential.

Responsibilities include receiving, processing, and moving merchandise, data input for reports, and ensuring safety and accuracy across departments. Responsibilities also cover customer service, compliance with policies, and attendance with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English to understand and follow safety rules and instructions
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Able to multitask across tasks and departments
• Capable of cross-training in at least 2 departments

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, shipping orders and returns
• Input data to prepare reports
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service with vendors and associates
• Promote a safe work environment by following OSHA and company safety rules
