Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Material Handler in the New York area to prepare and move merchandise efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy. You will be cross-trained to support multiple departments and ensure timely processing of shipments and returns.

The role requires strong teamwork, the ability to multitask, and adherence to policies and safety rules. Weekend and varying shifts are available with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient to understand and follow rules, training and instructions for safety and efficiency.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Adept at multitasking and managing multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, process and ship merchandise and returns, and load/unload trailers.
• Input data to prepare reports.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service with vendors and locations.
• Follow safety rules and report any violations to supervisors.
• Comply with company policies and maintain accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and adhere to dress code.
