Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Material Handler in New York to prepare, process, and move merchandise safely and accurately. You will be cross-trained to support multiple departments and ensure timely, quality work across shifts.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, packing and shipping, data entry, and maintaining safety and productivity standards while providing excellent service to vendors and locations.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to understand rules, training, and instructions for safety and efficiency.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Able to multitask across duties and departments.
• Willing to cross-train in at least two departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, shipping orders, returns, and loading/unloading trailers.
• Input data to prepare reports.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service with vendors, associates, and locations.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervisors.
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines for accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain attendance and dress code requirements.
• Maintain flexible schedule and work any designated shift and overtime.
