Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States is hiring a Material Handler (Full Time) on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to support production through loading, verifying, and replenishing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety, GMP, and SOP requirements.

The onboarding is structured over 4–5 days; a basic English proficiency is required to comply with directions and procedures, with opportunities for growth within a global wellness and nutrition leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of material handling and equipment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials; verify batch codes and expiration dates
• Replenish materials in bins/hoppers to prevent shortages
• Report damaged or inconsistent materials to leadership
• Wrap products manually or using a wrapping machine
• Label and verify product selection and quantity
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work area
• Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Shifts Available

• 1st shift- 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday
• 2nd shift- 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday
• 3rd shift- 11:00pm-7:30am, Sunday through Thursday

Onboarding Schedule

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

Position Summary

As a Material Handler,you’llsupport production by loading, verifying, and replenishing materials to keep operations running smoothly.You’llhelpmaintaininventory accuracy, follow safety and quality procedures, andassistwith packaging and labeling. Your attention to detail and teamwork help us deliver the products people love — safely and consistently.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $19.76-$22.76. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
