Job summary

Roskam Foods in Kentwood, MI is seeking a reliable forklift operator to support daily warehouse operations.

In this role you will load/unload, move pallets, inspect loads, ensure FIFO, and help maintain production flow with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school level education required or GED.
• Experience with forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with RF Smart or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and lifting devices to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Inspect product loads and move them safely to designated areas to ensure timely delivery.
• Position pallets and secure materials for transport and storage; document weights as needed.
• Support FIFO workflows and report any equipment or process issues through the proper channels.
