Essity Dover, DE is seeking a Material Handler for the Forming Department to efficiently handle raw materials, perform order picking, receiving, storing, and replenishing stock to support production.

You will work on the 2nd shift (2:30PM-11:00PM, Mon-Fri), ensuring materials are available on time, while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle raw materials with accuracy for order picking, receiving, storing, and replenishing stock.
• Supply materials to production lines in a timely manner.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain safety standards and clean, organized warehouse.
• Operate forklift and other logistics equipment as needed.
• Complete documentation during unload, store, and cycle count activities.

About the Role

Ensures efficient and accurate handling of raw materials by performing order picking, receiving, storing, and replenishing stock. Supplies materials to production in a timely manner while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Schedule: 2nd shift 2:30PM-11:00PM M- F

What You Will Do

• Works within Essity safety standards, with responsibility for personal and others’ safety

• Loads/unloads and visually checks raw materials and finished goods for damage or discrepancies

• Blocks and reports non-conforming materials

• Supplies raw materials/finished goods to production lines

• Removes production waste and returns blocked materials/products

• Performs cycle counts based on defined intervals

• Stores and allocates materials using correct location codes

• Completes documentation during unload, store, remove, and cycle count activities

• Maintains forklift and other logistics equipment

• Keeps warehouse clean and organized

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $16.41 per hour + full benefits, with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience and qualifications
