Responsibilities include picking, kitting, put-away, Kanban replenishment, water spider support, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hands-on collaboration with production, warehouse teams, and engineers, focusing on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple material handling processes.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials to production and warehouse locations.
• Perform put-away and replenishment activities, including Kanban and supermarket systems.
• Support water spider operations by following routes and standard work.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material transfers as needed.
• Rotate between multiple material handling tasks based on daily needs.
