The role includes picking, kitting, put-away, Kanban replenishment, water spider support, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation to keep production flowing.

Ideal candidates are active, attentive to detail, safety-minded, and able to rotate between tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Flow: Pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials to production and warehouse locations.
• Perform put-away and replenishment activities, including Kanban and supermarket systems.
• Support water spider operations by following routes and standard work.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material transfers as needed.
• Flexibility & Cross-Training: Rotate between multiple material handling tasks based on daily needs.
• Learn and follow standard work across different materials processes.
