LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking a hands-on Material Handler to support daily material movement in our Aurora, Ohio facility. You will pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials to production and warehouse locations while following standard work and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple material handling processes.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Material handling: pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials to production and warehouse locations.
• Perform put-away and replenishment activities, including Kanban and supermarket systems.
• Support water spider operations by following routes and standard work.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material transfers as needed.
• Rotate between multiple material handling tasks based on daily needs.
• Learn and follow standard work across different materials processes.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns or damaged materials.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations during handling activities.
• Maintain accurate material locations and labeling; complete transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with leads and production teams; identify efficiency improvements.
