Job summary

Mercury Marine, headquartered in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a Support Tech II to help maintain parts flow on the manufacturing floor. You will operate forklifts, deliver parts to assembly lines, and support shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities.

The role emphasizes safety, 5S+1 discipline, and teamwork to meet daily production needs. Training is provided for equipment, Kanban, and material replenishment systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive material delivery equipment in a manufacturing environment; training and certification provided.
• Prior forklift experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• General computer skills required; training provided for systems used in operations.
• Prior experience using a Kanban delivery system is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to deliver large parts to various operations across Plant 15, following safety rules and 5S+1 principles.
• Deliver small parts using powered carts and Kanban-replenishment methods to assembly lines, maintaining a clean, organized area.
• Support receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations, coordinating with offsite warehouses and internal delivery needs.
