Job summary

Brunswick Corporation's Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a Support Tech II to support manufacturing and parts delivery. You will operate forklifts, assist on assembly lines, and keep a clean, safe work area following 5S+1 principles.

This role involves forklift delivery to machining, coating, and assembly, lineside delivery, and warehouse operations, plus participation in daily quality and productivity activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive material delivery equipment in a manufacturing environment; training provided.
• Prior forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• General computer skills required; training provided on systems used.
• Prior experience with Kanban delivery system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forklift Operators – deliver large parts to various operations using a powered truck; follow safety rules and keep area clean per 5S+1.
• Lineside Operators – deliver small parts with carts; replenish parts using Kanban and material replenishment systems.
• Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse – replenish parts from offsite warehouses and support internal delivery needs; maintain orderly workspace.
