Job summary

Charter Next Generation in Turners Falls, MA is seeking an Experienced Material Handler/Shipper for full-time work on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule. You will transfer finished film rolls, label and package per specs, remove scrap, and stock materials while maintaining teamwork with supervision.

Starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with a $2.50 shift differential. Valid forklift experience and ability to lift 65 lbs are required, along with basic mechanical aptitude and a proactive

The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

• 12-hour static shifts (Days - 5:00am – 5:00pm) OR (Nights - 5:00pm - 5:00am)
