Nox Metals in Detroit, MI is hiring a Material Handler to move aluminum plate, bar, and rounds from receiving to the saw and to customers. You’ll operate forklifts, load and unload trucks, and verify material against records.

We provide training and certification for you to grow on the factory floor. You report to the Shift Lead, work multiple shifts, and will learn the bandsaw and other metalworking equipment as you progress.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with forklifts or warehouse work, or a fast learner ready to get certified.
• Commitment to safety and following protocols.
• Attention to detail with loads, labels, and shipments.

Aufgaben

• Operate forklifts to receive, stage, and move aluminum plates, bars, and rounds; training will be provided.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders; record movements in software.
• Package, label, and stage outbound shipments; keep floor organized and hazard-free.
• Complete required safety training and certifications; learn bandsaw and other equipment as you grow.
