Amerhart is hiring a Material Handler at our Edwardsville, IL facility, performing shipping, receiving and stocking duties. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to WMS processes.

The position offers an hourly pay of $22/hour plus full benefits and first-shift hours span 7:30am CST until completion. Qualified candidates have 1–2 years warehouse experience, neat appearance, and ability to work with a team; forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience with FLAT BED loading/unloading.
• Neat and clean appearance; team player.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and replenish warehouse locations.
• Pick orders with a forklift; report shortages or damage.
• Use handheld scanner for receiving, picking, loading, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with WMS for questions/updates.
• Band, wrap and prepare material for shipping.
• Ensure safe truck loading and follow safety policies.
