You will operate machinery, assist with loading/unloading materials, perform routine inspections, maintain housekeeping, and report issues to supervisors. This entry-level production position offers structured work expectations and opportunities to grow.

• Report issues to a supervisor and assist with routine tasks as directed.

Our client, a manufacturing environment, is seeking a General Labor Production to join their team in La Porte, TX. As a General Labor Production associate, you’ll be part of the production floor supporting daily operations and helping keep work areas safe, organized, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, a steady focus on quality, and the drive to follow instructions to meet production needs.

Job Title: General Labor Production

Pay Range: $20.91

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner following Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections of product to support quality, maintain housekeeping in the work area, and complete routine maintenance tasks as directed.

• Attention to detail for routine quality checks and visual inspection of products.
