Job summary

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour shift premium; with additional training, earnings can reach up to $27.65 per hour.

The Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trailers, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull internal shopping lists when necessary. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety conscious environment.

Basics

• Position: Material Handler/Forklift Operator
• Location: N5252 Co Rd TT, Sheboygan Falls, WI
• Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift; 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Pay: Starting rate: $23.00 per hour. Includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium! Make up to $27.65 per hour through additional training! FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, get on and off your forklift consistently & safely, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend dock meetings for team & company communications.
• Product Security Sensitive— as a product‑sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons, and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these "outbound" shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as a Safety‑Sensitive. (A safety‑sensitive position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job‑related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others).
